HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS VEGAN CRAB CAKES
Hi guys Today I have three recipes for you that are perfect entrees perfect for lunch and dinner and they all take under 15 minutes to prepare.So obviously that's great for anyone who doesn't havea lot of time to spend in the kitchen or
maybe just doesn't like this in that much time in the kitchen and they're just very for everybody.I mean I love to cook I love being in my kitchen but just sometimes I only have 15 minutes to make a meal all these recipes are well balanced delicious and of course you're vegan we're going to start with one of my favorite recipes vegan crab cakes.
Let's get started place the drained hearts of palm into a food processor and pulse a few times until
they're chopped up but still have a Crabby texture add the chickpeas we'll made plum vinegar vegan mayo Old Bay seasoning and mustard pulse a few moretimes to combine add a half a cup of panko breadcrumbs and pull one more time
To combine all the ingredients together the batter should hold together in your hand WinForms for the panko into a shallow
bowl tightly form the batter into cakes and coat and panko on all sides oils kill it and try the cake from each side
for about three minutes or until they're golden brown and warmed through transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to
absorb excess oil toss some arugula or other salad greens in a bowl with olive oil and lemon and use your hands to
slightly massage them serve the crabcakes over the greens and tops with adollop of vegan mayo and a lemon wedge
on the side.
